Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Estimate costs and prepare Opinions of Probable Cost of Construction (OPCC) and design build projects.
• Coordinate with project managers and procurement on pricing and bids.
• Develop baseline schedules and perform cost analyses for reporting.
• Prepare submittals, change orders, and applications for payment.
• Support field personnel with technical guidance and documentation.
• Assist design engineers with field issue resolutions.
