Job summary

HOLT Group in Little Elm, TX is seeking a Sales Representative – General Construction to drive machine product sales across a defined territory. You will target new customers in agriculture, ranching, and general contracting, and work as part of a sales team.

You will rely on strong prospecting, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, supported by MS Office tools, to meet or exceed quarterly and annual targets while traveling to client sites.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of sales experience in construction or industrial equipment.
• Willing to travel extensively, including overnight stays.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and close sales in agricultural, ranching, and contractor markets.
• Develop and manage customer relationships to meet territory targets.
• Prepare and submit sales reports and forecasts.
