Job summary

Fay, S&B USA Construction seeks a Rental Equipment Coordinator to keep the Equipment Group's rented and owned assets moving to the right jobs across the Mid-Atlantic. You will manage sourcing, scheduling, tracking, off-renting and maintain certificates of insurance and records.

The role also covers general accounting duties such as setting up rental units, establishing billing rates and ensuring proper cost coding to jobs. Strong Excel/Outlook skills and a valid driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in equipment rental, construction logistics, dispatch, purchasing or construction accounts payable.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Experience with vendor management and invoice processing.
• Knowledge of job cost coding and basic bookkeeping.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate rental equipment needs with project managers and field teams.
• Source quotes, negotiate terms, and issue purchase orders.
• Track equipment on rent, log usage, and prepare weekly reports.
• Assist with accounts payable and three-way invoice matching.
• Maintain insurance certificates and vendor files.
