Keystone Clearwater Solutions, LLC is seeking a dedicated Rental Coordinator based in our Bensalem, PA area to support equipment planning, procurement, and logistics. You will help ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget by coordinating rentals, inventory, and yard operations.

You will work with operations, vendors, and drivers to schedule deliveries, track assets, and maintain service records. A strong focus on organization, communication, and accuracy is essential for success in our

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite with Excel experience.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate procurement of supplies and rental equipment.
• Manage rental equipment lifecycle and billing readiness.
• Maintain vendor relationships and track inventory.
• Schedule trucks, trailers, and equipment with operations.
• Ensure equipment is inspected and maintained; record service history.
• Coordinate yard operations and asset tracking.
• Support transportation logistics and DOT/OSHA compliance.
• Assist with warranty work and maintenance scheduling.
• Prepare accurate daily documentation and reports.
