Job summary

Komatsu seeks a highly organized Rental Coordinator to oversee end-to-end equipment rental across multiple PA branch locations. You will manage rental orders, contracts, insurance and credit checks, and ensure accurate invoicing and records.

This role may be based in Hatfield, Harrisburg, Wilkes-Barre, or State College, with opportunities to support fleet maintenance coordination and inventory control while delivering exceptional customer service and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; some college/technical training preferred.
• Experience diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining heavy equipment.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Generate rental orders and process contracts across branches.
• Supervise yard coordinators to ensure policy compliance and efficient rentals.
• Coordinate equipment transportation and inventory with service teams.
