ALL Crane Rental of Georgia is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to market and sell our construction equipment portfolio in a full-time, exempt role with a comprehensive benefits package.

The role emphasizes marketing and sales of cranes, coordinating customer volume, and closing deals while providing exceptional client service and maintaining records. A tech-savvy approach with MS Office and CRM experience is preferred, with opportunities for growth within the ALL Family of Companies.

Qualifications

• Customer service oriented; good communication, closing, prospecting, presentation and negotiation skills; self-confidence and motivation; product knowledge and client relationships.
• Tech savvy: MS Office, Pivotal CRM and Apple products highly desired
• Crane or construction equipment sales experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Marketing and sales of cranes and other construction equipment
• Coordinating sales efforts by studying existing and potential customer volume
• Contact prospects/customers, quote business, close sales, and process orders
• Communicate with management by submitting activity and results reports regularly
• Respond to customer questions via phone and email
• Perform administrative tasks and handle records, invoices, and documents
• Submit recommendations on product/service/policy changes based on market evaluations
• Provide excellent customer service by resolving complaints and proposing solutions
• Maintain records of customer contacts and sales; generate reports
• Maintain professional knowledge by attending workshops and reading industry publications
• Provide marketing and sales support for outside rental and sales staff
• Other duties as assigned
