Job summary

ALL Crane Rental of Georgia is seeking an experienced Inside Sales Representative to market and sell our construction equipment. This full-time, exempt position offers a comprehensive benefits package in a casual office environment.

You will contact prospects, quote business, close sales, coordinate orders, and provide exceptional customer service by phone and email, while supporting the outside rental and sales teams.

Qualifications

• Customer service oriented; strong communication, closing, prospecting, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Tech savvy; experience with Microsoft Office, Pivotal CRM and Apple products desired.
• Crane/equipment sales experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Marketing and sales of cranes and construction equipment.
• Coordinate sales by studying current and potential customer volume.
• Contact prospects/customers, quote business, close sales, process orders.
• Communicate with management with activity and results reports.
• Respond to customer questions via phone and email.
• Provide administrative support and maintain records.
• Submit recommendations based on market developments.
• Provide great customer service by resolving issues and reports.
• Maintain professional knowledge through workshops and industry publications.
• Support outside rental and sales teams.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
