Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands is seeking a Customer Service Representative to process Quotations, Purchase Orders, and Work Orders while delivering prompt and courteous service to customers. You will help grow sales from active and past customers and prospect new business.

Responsibilities include data entry into Oracle, inbound call support, and liaison with manufacturing. A background in construction products is a plus, with a focus on accuracy and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Data-entry accuracy for orders in Oracle.
• Ability to multi-task with high organization.
• Learn, apply training, and use best judgement.

Responsibilities

• Enter and verify orders in Oracle with accuracy.
• Coordinate scheduling/delivery for multiple plant sites.
• Provide product knowledge and assist with customer support questions.
• Handle claims and account reconciliation and transactions.
• Maintain timely communication with all relevant functions.
