Morton Buildings, Inc. is expanding its construction crews. The company offers a $23.00 to $25.00 per hour pay range, paid weekly, plus bonuses including a $2000 first-year bonus and $500 quarterly bonuses during the first year. Eligible for ESOP, life insurance, and training incentives.

Under supervision, new crew members will learn safety procedures, plans, and construction methods while working on diverse projects. Up to 40 feet heights and 15% travel are required.

Formación

• Experience in building construction or framing is preferred (on the job or in school).
• Participation in and completion of a training program is expected.
• A valid driver's license is preferred.
• Candidates must be able to work 9–10 hours during peak season.
• Ability to take direction and produce quality work.
• Commitment to safety processes and proper tool operation.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds routinely and up to 100 pounds occasionally.
• Able to work at heights up to 40 feet and travel about 15% (possibly longer trips).

Responsabilidades

• Learn and apply Morton Buildings' safety and construction procedures.
• Read, understand and build according to construction plans.
• Utilize tools/equipment to construct buildings safely and efficiently.
• Execute tasks like footings, framing, doors, and siding accurately.
• Collaborate with crew members in a safe, organized work environment.
