Morton Buildings, Inc. is seeking construction crew members to join our expanding teams. Under the guidance of your crew foreman, you will learn safety and construction procedures, read plans, and build according to specifications.

You will work with various tools to construct buildings, including framing, siding, and roofing components, and will operate with a focus on safety and quality. The role includes 20% travel, potential bonuses, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Post-frame construction experience preferred.
• Willingness to participate in training programs.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.
• Able to work 9–10 hours during peak season.
• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds and work at heights.

• Read, understand and build according to construction plans.
• Utilize tools and equipment to construct buildings safely and efficiently.
