Job summary

Mortenson is seeking a Construction Coordinator to support field operations in Omaha/Lincoln, NE. You will organize punch lists, inventories, and production plans while assisting with invoicing under supervision.

The role emphasizes teamwork, safety, confidentiality, and adaptability across levels. Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma, basic MS Office skills, and the ability to travel up to 100%.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous construction site experience preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office and internet navigation.

Responsibilities

• Collect and organize punch lists, inventory, and production plans for easy retrieval.
• Process invoices and billing under supervision of PM or project accountant.
• Train new project admins/clerks and assist with document controls.
• Perform basic field safety inspections and ensure conformance to plans and specs.
• Build relationships across diverse teams and promote Mortenson’s safety culture.
