Mortenson is seeking a Construction Coordinator II to support field and office teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. The role requires professionalism, confidentiality, and the ability to adapt to changing conditions.

You will prepare progress reports, review drawings and estimates, coordinate logistics, and help ensure safety and quality on site. Strong communication, multitasking, and travel readiness are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; construction-related degree or experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and internet skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 100% and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day construction management support.
• Prepare daily progress reports.
• Review blueprints and estimates.
• Assist with project start-up and closing tasks.
• Maintain field documentation and safety logs.
• Arrange trucking, fulfillment, and equipment delivery.
• Document and suggest process efficiency improvements.
• Conduct basic field quality and safety inspections.
• Record conformance to plans and specs.
• Promote Mortenson safety culture.
• Track construction progress with photos.
• Develop spreadsheets/tools for project coordination.
• Build relationships across diverse teams.
