Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and previous experience as a Construction Coordinator I or a related college degree, or a 2-year construction degree.
• Strong Microsoft Office and internet skills.
• Construction experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day construction management support.
• Prepare daily progress reports.
• Review technical documents (blueprints, estimates).
• Assist with project start-up and closing tasks.
• Maintain supporting documentation (field books, daily reports, safety logs).
• Arrange trucking, order fulfillment, and equipment delivery.
• Document and recommend process efficiency changes.
• Perform basic field quality and safety inspections.
• Document conformance to plans and specifications.
• Promote Mortenson's safety culture.
• Track construction progress with photos and record-keeping.
• Develop spreadsheets and tools for project coordination.
