Mortenson is seeking a Construction Coordinator I to support project teams in Louisiana and beyond. The role focuses on organizing punch lists, tracking inventory, processing invoices, and assisting with document controls, while upholding Mortenson’s safety culture and professional standards.

The candidate should have a high school diploma, construction site experience preferred, and strong MS Office skills. Travel up to 100% may be required depending on project needs.

Qualifikationen

• Prior construction site experience preferred.
• Strong Microsoft Office and internet skills.
• Ability to learn construction management software used on projects.
• Effective written and verbal communication.
• Detail-oriented and deadline-driven.
• Ability to multitask.

Aufgaben

• Collect and organize punch lists, inventory, and work production plans for easy retrieval and documentation.
• Process invoices and billing under supervision of project manager and/or project accountant.
• Train new project admins/clerks.
• Perform basic inventory control under project management supervision.
• Assist with record retention and document controls.
• Perform basic field quality and safety inspections.
• Document conformance to plans and specs.
• Recommend potential solutions.
• Promote Mortenson’s safety culture.
• Build relationships across diverse backgrounds and levels.
• All other duties as assigned.
