Mortenson is seeking a Construction Coordinator I to support project teams on site, coordinating punch lists, documentation, and daily workflows. You will work with staff at all levels to maintain accuracy and confidentiality in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes organization, attention to detail, basic safety inspections, and collaboration across disciplines. Travel up to 100% may be required, with competitive benefits and a focus on professional growth within Mortenson.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience on a construction job site preferred.
• Strong Microsoft Office and internet skills.
• Ability to learn construction management software.
• Ability to communicate effectively in writing and speaking.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Must be able to travel up to 100%.

Mansioni

• Collect and organize punch lists, inventory, and work production plans.
• Process invoices and billing under supervision.
• Train new project admins/clerks.
• Perform basic inventory control.
• Assist with record retention and document controls.
• Conduct basic field quality and safety inspections.
• Document conformance to plans and specs.
• Recommend potential solutions.
• Promote Mortenson’s safety culture.
• Build relationships across diverse backgrounds and levels.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
