Job summary

L&H Airco in Fresno is seeking a Sales Representative for Construction Control System sales. You will develop new business, maintain client relationships, and coordinate with engineering and project teams to deliver integrated building management solutions.

The ideal candidate has a engineering degree or 2–4 years related experience, strong communication and leadership skills, and familiarity with AutoCAD. Light travel is required and the position offers a weekly pay cycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or 2–4 years related experience.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Proficient with AutoCAD; HVAC/controls familiarity a plus.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales volume goals and develop client relationships.
• Identify opportunities and pursue new clients in designated regions.
• Support project teams from proposal to completion and bid/negotiation processes.
• Attend industry events to support marketing and networking.
