Job summary

L&H Airco is seeking a Sales Representative for Service Controls Systems Sales in Fresno, CA. The role focuses on supporting the existing client base, recognizing opportunities, and expanding services.

The candidate will work with engineering, programming, graphic design, installation, and service teams to ensure seamless delivery. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering or related experience, strong communication skills, and a willingness to travel lightly.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field or 2–4 years of related experience.
Clean drug test and background check as required by contract.
Proficient in Outlook, Excel, Word; knowledge of AutoCAD and Access is a plus.
Excellent communication, leadership and management skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain client relationships.

Responsibilities

Achieve sales volume goals.
Reach client management goals.
Develop strategies to achieve goals.
Maintain existing client relationships with quarterly in person visits.
Propose support agreements and system upgrades/expansions.
Search for new clients in designated regions or markets.
Plan, prioritize, and track sales activities in the company database.
Attend industry events and marketing activities to generate leads.
Maintain professional knowledge by attending workshops and reading publications.
Light travel required.
