Job summary

L. in Fresno, California is seeking a Sales Representative – Service Controls Systems Sales to support existing clients and grow new business in the building management domain.

You will apply knowledge of control systems, engineering concepts, and service contracts to propose effective solutions. Responsibilities include developing proposals, negotiating contracts, maintaining client relationships with in-person visits, and traveling to meet customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering from a four-year college/university or 2–4 years related experience.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills; English proficiency required.
• Working knowledge of HVAC machinery operation is a plus.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD and Access Database Management software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Estimate project costs and support agreements using our proprietary estimating tool.
• Develop project proposals and service agreement proposals.
• Follow up on all proposals; track proposals in company database.
• Negotiate contracts/POs; coordinate with staff on projects as needed.
• Maintain client relationships through in-person visits and proactive communication.
