Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Contracts Administrator to support the full lifecycle of commercial construction contracts, from initial review through execution and closeout. This role works closely with Legal, Risk, Accounting, Project Management, and customers to manage contract revisions, track approvals, mitigate risk, and maintain accurate documentation.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing a large volume of contracts in a fast-paced construction

Qualifications

• Experience reviewing commercial contracts, project agreements, and scopes of work.
• Understanding of construction contract terminology, defined terms, and contract hierarchy.
• Experience with contract redlining and Track Changes in Word.
• Ability to identify contract risks, inconsistencies, and errors.

Responsibilities

• Review customer contracts, project agreements, and scopes of work.
• Manage contract revisions, track approvals, and support execution and closeout.
• Collaborate with Legal, Risk, Accounting, and Project teams.
