Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Contracts Administrator to support the full lifecycle of commercial construction contracts, from initial review through execution and closeout. This role works closely with Legal, Risk, Accounting, Project Management, and customers to manage contract revisions, track approvals, mitigate risk, and maintain accurate documentation.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing a large volume of contracts in a fast-paced construction

Qualifications

• Experience reviewing commercial contracts, project agreements, and scopes of work.
• Understanding of construction contract terminology, defined terms, and contract hierarchy.
• Experience with contract redlining and Track Changes in Word.
• Ability to identify contract risks, inconsistencies, and errors.

Qualifications

• Commercial construction industry experience
• Experience reviewing customer contracts, project agreements, and scopes of work
• Understanding of construction contract terminology, defined terms, and contract hierarchy
• Experience with contract redlining and Microsoft Word Track Changes
• Ability to identify contract risks, inconsistencies, and errors
• Strong organizational skills with experience managing multiple contracts simultaneously
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience collaborating with Legal, Risk, Accounting, and Project teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working for a general contractor or owner's representative
• 1-5 years of construction contract administration or project support experience
• Associate degree or higher
• Advanced Microsoft Word and Excel skills
• SharePoint and Vista Viewpoint experience
• Project Coordinator, Project Administrator, or Project Management background
• Experience with ASC 606 forms, lien notices, bond claims, master contracts, or contract amendments
