• Review and negotiate contract terms across government and commercial agreements.
• Track milestones, obligations, and contract performance throughout the lifecycle.
• Maintain contract documentation, templates, and version control.
• Support reporting and analysis for internal stakeholders.
• Experience with CLM systems and public sector contracting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end contract lifecycle from review to closeout.
• Collaborate with legal, finance, procurement, risk, and business teams.
