Job summary

A leading organization in marina management is seeking an experienced Contracts Administrator to manage the lifecycle of construction and professional services contracts. You will ensure compliance with governance standards and facilitate seamless capital deployment for a multi-billion-dollar improvement program. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in enterprise-level organizations and a strong understanding of contracts and risk management. This is a critical role to streamline operations and support organizational growth.

Qualifications

  • 5–10 years managing contracts within enterprise-level organizations supporting large-scale CAPEX programs.
  • Deep understanding of MSAs, construction agreements, and professional services contracts.
  • Proficiency with document/project management systems.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and document/project management systems.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end lifecycle for professional services and construction contracts.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate policies and risk standards.
  • Support executive reviews and provide real-time contract visibility.
  • Maintain audit-ready contract records and documentation systems
  • Follow all safety and environmental protocols, complete required training, wear PPE, and report accidents, spills, and near misses immediately
  • Serve as primary liaison across C&D, Legal, Finance, Accounting, Risk, and vendors on all contract matters
  • Provide leadership with real-time visibility into contract status, values, renewals, and compliance milestones through dashboards and reporting
  • Support executive reviews, capital committees, and audit requirements with accurate contract intelligence
  • Identify and eliminate bottlenecks to improve contract cycle time and consistency

Contracts Administrator – Construction & Development
About the Role

Our client, one of the largest owners and operators of marina assets, with a fast-growing enterprise organization managing a substantial capital investment portfolio, is seeking a Contracts Administrator to drive the execution of their multi-billion-dollar capital improvement program. You'll manage the complete contract lifecycle across multiple concurrent projects, serving as the critical link between Construction & Development, Legal, Finance, Risk, and external vendors—ensuring contracts flow efficiently, comply with governance standards, and enable seamless capital deployment.

This high-impact role demands experience managing enterprise-level CAPEX programs with disciplined contract controls, sharp organizational skills, and the ability to handle high-volume workflows supporting growth, maintenance, and acquisition initiatives across a large-scale portfolio.

What You'll Achieve
  • Manage end-to-end lifecycle for professional services, construction contracts, MSAs, task orders, and amendments
  • Process high-volume annual contract flow with precision, ensuring alignment with approved scopes, budgets, and authorization thresholds
  • Drive timely execution to prevent project delays and maintain capital deployment momentum
Governance & Risk Management
  • Ensure 100% compliance with corporate policies, delegation of authority, insurance requirements, and risk standards
  • Collaborate with Legal and Risk teams to facilitate reviews, redlines, and approvals
  • Maintain audit-ready contract records and documentation systems
  • Follow all safety and environmental protocols, complete required training, wear proper PPE, and report all accidents, injuries, spills, and near misses immediately
Strategic Coordination & Visibility
  • Serve as primary liaison across C&D, Legal, Finance, Accounting, Risk, and vendors on all contract matters
  • Provide leadership with real-time visibility into contract status, values, renewals, and compliance milestones through dashboards and reporting
  • Support executive reviews, capital committees, and audit requirements with accurate contract intelligence
Process Optimization
  • Identify and eliminate bottlenecks to improve contract cycle time and consistency
  • Develop standardized templates, workflows, and playbooks that scale with organizational growth
  • Support implementation of contract management systems (including project management information systems) and technology enhancements
What You Bring
Required Experience & Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, Legal Studies, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 5–10 years managing contracts within enterprise-level organizations supporting large-scale CAPEX programs
  • Deep understanding of MSAs, construction agreements, professional services contracts, amendments, insurance requirements, and indemnification provisions
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and document/project management systems
