Jobot Consulting, a Fresno-based construction firm, is seeking a Contract Administrator to support contract administration, compliance, and project documentation from bid through closeout. You will work under project managers to ensure contracts are managed accurately and on time.

This temporary-to-hire, full-time role runs 7 AM to 4 PM, Monday through Friday, with overtime as needed. The ideal candidate has at least five years of experience, strong budgeting and subcontractor oversight, and a

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of construction contract administration experience.
• Strong contract management skills and knowledge of applicable regulations.
• Budgeting and cost-tracking experience for projects.
• Experience qualifying and overseeing subcontractors.
• Proficient in MS Office and project documentation practices.

Responsabilités

• Manage all aspects of construction contracts, from initiation to completion.
• Develop, negotiate, and finalize construction contracts, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations.
• Oversee budgeting for projects, ensuring costs are tracked and managed.
• Qualify and oversee subcontractors, ensuring high-quality work.
• Support the bid process with accurate information.
• Maintain logs and tracking systems for project details.
• Support Project Managers with administrative assistance.
• Communicate clearly with stakeholders on project progress.
• Ensure proper project closeout documentation.
• Keep accurate records of all contract activities.
