Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide quality claim handling of construction claims including customer contacts, coverage, investigation, evaluation, reserving, negotiation, and resolution in accordance with company policies, compliance, and state regulations.
• Communicate with policyholders, claimants, providers, and other stakeholders to gather information and provide updates.
• Ensure accurate and complete documentation of claim files and transactions.
• Identify and escalate potential fraud or complex claims for further investigation.
• Coordinate with investigators, legal, and customer service as needed.
