Job summary

Novax Recruitment Group is seeking a motivated Business Development Representative to build and own a new Fort Worth market, generating new business and shaping the growth trajectory.

You will network with Multifamily Operators, Commercial Property Owners, Retail & Shopping Center Owners, General Contractors and Facility Managers, managing opportunities from first contact through award and collaborating with leadership to win proposals.

Qualifications

• Experience in business development or sales within construction services or related field.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships throughout a sales cycle.
• Ability to identify opportunities and manage a pipeline from lead to award.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through networking, prospecting, cold calling, and face-to-face meetings.
• Build relationships with Multifamily Operators, Commercial Property Owners, Retail & Shopping Center Owners, General Contractors, Facility Managers.
• Identify project opportunities involving Concrete Repairs, Pavement Maintenance, Striping Projects, Site Improvements.
• Manage opportunities from first contact through project award.
• Work closely with leadership and operations teams to develop proposals and win work.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
