Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business management preferred.
• Minimum 10 years in heavy equipment with progressive supervisory experience.
• Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service in a dealership environment.
• Excellent negotiation, organizational, interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
• Advanced experience with Microsoft Office, Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Plan, monitor and control service activities; prepare annual budgets for service operations.
• Select, develop and evaluate service personnel to ensure capability and availability.
• Communicate and enforce Parts and Service policies for consistency.
• Model and monitor safe work practices to maintain safety performance.
• Analyze monthly parts and service financial statements.
• Facilitate company and union issues; manage abandoned call rate and service operations.
• Oversee parts sales order management and warehouse operations.
