Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years' experience in the heavy equipment industry with progressive supervisory experience.
• Strong understanding of business operations, industry practices, and financial management (P&L).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, ERP systems, and CRM platforms.
• Effective communication and leadership in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all Branch Service Operations (Machinery, Power Systems, Rents, and Parts).
• Plan, monitor, and manage service activities, budgeting and forecasting.
• Analyze monthly financial statements and drive continuous improvement.
• Recruit, develop, and evaluate service team members and succession planning.
• Enforce service policies, procedures, and safety standards.
