Qualifikationen

• High school Diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree in business management preferred.
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in the heavy equipment industry with progressive supervisory experience.
• Strong understanding of business operations, industry practices, and financial management, including interpreting P&L statements.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, ERP systems, and CRM platforms.
• Effective communication skills with the ability to clearly convey information verbally and in writing.
• Demonstrated problem-solving, prioritization, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
