Qualifications

• Three (3) or more years of extensive bookkeeping experience in a similar environment.
• Strong proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office products (Word and Excel).
• Excellent communication skills in English, both oral and written.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll, AR/AP and collections activities using QuickBooks.
• Perform job costing and maintain Chart of Accounts and General Ledger in QuickBooks.
• Maintain cash management systems and assist with tax information for outside accounting firm.
• Assist with annual operating budgets and monthly reports, analyses and revisions.
• Prepare other financial reports as indicated by the client.
• Handle general office services and administrative tasks as directed by management.
