White's Site Development is seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to manage accounts receivable, AIA billing for construction projects, and payroll administration. The role requires accuracy, organizational skills, and experience with construction accounting software.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years bookkeeping experience in construction or site development.
• Hands-on experience with AIA billing and construction invoicing.
• Strong knowledge of payroll systems and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts receivable and issue invoices, including AIA billing.
• Process weekly/biweekly payroll and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Record daily financial transactions and assist with month-end/year-end close.
• Support the preparation of financial reports and reconcile customer accounts.
