Job summary

Kenny Electric is seeking a Billing Coordinator in Denver to prepare all job billings, support the VP of Operations, and coordinate procedures.

You will generate pay applications, lien releases, sub/supplier documents, assist PMs with progress tracking, manage change orders, and handle vendor and customer setups.

This role requires 3+ years accounting-related experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and strong verbal and written communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of accounting-related experience.
• Experience with accounting system software.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Prepares all job billings and supporting documents including pay applications, lien releases and Sub/Supplier documents.
• Assists Project Managers with tracking job progress and ensure timely billings.
• Prepares all jobs for closeout and handles related administrative tasks.
• Assist Accounts Payable with vendor invoicing questions and issues.
• Generates new customer and vendor setup forms and requests W-9s and insurance certificates.
