Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in accounting or construction coordination, proficiency with Excel, and familiarity with ERP platforms.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree preferred).
• 2+ years of experience in administrative support, accounting, or construction coordination.
• Basic understanding of construction billing, contracts, and lien waiver documentation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and Outlook).
• Strong organizational skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to meet strict deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to handle sensitive financial info professionally.
• Strong sense of ownership, reliability, and urgency in completing time-sensitive tasks.
• Ability to manage repetitive work with consistency and high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lien & Compliance Management: Prepare, review, distribute, and collect lien waivers for subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers. Ensure adherence to policies and state lien laws.
• Timeliness & Accountability: Complete tasks promptly to avoid payment delays.
• Documentation & Tracking: Maintain accurate records in accounting/ERP systems with supporting docs.
• Financial Support: Monitor aging reports; assist with monthly billing cycles and audits.
• High-Volume Processing: Manage repetitive workflows across multiple projects with accuracy.
• Communication & Collaboration: Coordinate with AP/AR, vendors, and customers on payment status.
• Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve discrepancies with internal and external partners.
