Job summary

EPS is seeking a Project Coordinator to support the coordination and execution of electrical testing and engineering projects. You will provide administrative, logistical, and financial support to project managers and field teams, ensuring accurate setup, invoicing, and data management while helping drive on-time project completion.

Work closely with clients, vendors, and field personnel to maintain contract compliance and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or an associate degree with relevant industry experience.
• Experience in contract development and small- to medium-scale projects.
• Knowledge of project management processes and tools is required.
• Proficiency with MS Office suite is expected.
• Experience in project management controls is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Managers in developing and maintaining plans, schedules, budgets, and scope documents.
• Create and maintain project profiles including scope, timelines, and costs.
• Track start/end dates and monitor progress for active projects and backlog.
• Support reporting with status updates and client communications.
• Review job files to ensure accurate documentation of labor and expenses.
• Coordinate scheduling and deployment of field personnel and subcontractors.
• Procure materials and equipment and ensure timely delivery to job sites.
• Maintain clear communication between project teams, clients, vendors and customers.
• Organize meetings and conference calls to align stakeholders and coordinate projects.
• Support safety compliance and quality assurance documentation and tracking.
• Track costs and support financial reporting and forecasting.
