The role requires attention to detail and strong communication with project teams, vendors, and finance.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in construction billing, proficiency with Textura and GC Pay, and a high school diploma.

Qualifications

• Minimum of High School diploma required.
• Minimum of 3+ years in a similar role within the construction industry required with a demonstrated ability to manage high volume billing.
• Proficiency in auditing billing entries and a strong understanding of subcontract terms and compliance regulations.
• Experience with Textura and GC Pay is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Conduct efficient audits and enter subcontract billings weekly, ensuring both accuracy and adherence to contractual agreements.
• Resolve discrepancies and address issues related to incomplete information, clarifications, and compliance in documentation.
• Prepare and execute weekly check selections for processing payments.
• Review and verify Certificates of Insurance, ensuring compliance with contract requirements and confirming all documentation is up-to-date and valid.
• Collaborate with project teams, subcontractors, vendors, and finance teams to resolve billing inquiries and compliance issues.
