Qualifications

• Auditing billing entries and understanding subcontract terms and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct audits and enter subcontract billings weekly.
• Resolve discrepancies and ensure documentation compliance.
• Prepare weekly check selections for payments.
• Review Certificates of Insurance for contract compliance.
• Collaborate with project teams, subcontractors, vendors, and finance on billing inquiries.
