Summit Companies is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to ensure timely payments for contracts, inspections, and service work across branch locations in Oregon. You will perform collections, document activities in ERP/CRM, and support billing teams to keep accounts current.

The role requires 2+ years in AR/collections within the construction industry, strong English communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP/CRM systems.

Qualifications

• 2+ years collections experience in AR/receivables.
• 2+ years relevant customer service experience.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficient withMicrosoft Office and ERP/CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform collections on assigned branch locations and monitor timelines.
• Document communication and efforts in ERP/CRM and internal systems.
• Meet benchmarks and productivity goals as assigned.
• Communicate with customers by phone and email about invoices and services.
• Collect necessary paperwork to resolve remittance differences.
• Document collection activities timely and accurately.
• Prepare for and attend scheduled collection meetings.
• Collaborate with billing staff to resolve billing concerns.
• Provide cash application support for multiple deposits.
• Offer project support as time permits.
• Other duties as assigned.
