Job summary

Complete Staffing LLC is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to manage and optimize receivables, ensuring accurate and timely collections for projects. The role requires strong accounting knowledge, excellent organization, and effective communication with clients and internal teams.

Hours are full-time, Monday through Friday, with occasional overtime based on project needs. Prepare invoices, monitor payments, reconcile accounts, and generate aging reports while addressing disputes.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts receivable or a similar financial role, within the Industrial Construction Industry.
• Proficiency in accounting software, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word), and Adobe Pro.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective client interaction and teamwork.
• Attention to detail: high level of accuracy in all tasks.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, issue, and track invoices for construction projects.
• Monitor payments and resolve discrepancies or issues with transactions.
• Regularly reconcile accounts to ensure all billings and payments are accounted for.
• Maintain positive relationships with clients through timely follow-up on outstanding invoices.
• Generate and analyze accounts receivable reports, including aging reports.
• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and disputes professionally.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant financial regulations.
• Collaborate with the project management team to verify billing details.
