Qualifications

• Approximately 2-3+ years of experience in accounts receivable, billing or a related accounting function.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to manage responsibilities independently while working collaboratively with the Accounting and project management teams.
• Reliable, professional and team-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

• Manage billing and lien waiver production, processing and tracking.
• Coordinate vendor and subcontractor lien waiver collection and management.
• Interface with project management teams to facilitate timely billing, collections and change order management.
• Maintain organized and accurate billing records and supporting documentation.
• Provide general accounting and departmental support as needed.
