LHH recruitment solutions is hiring an Accounts Receivable Specialist for the Jupiter, FL area. This role owns the AR and project billing process for a growth-focused, project-driven organization.

The ideal candidate will handle deposits, progress billing, milestones, retainage, and change orders, with AIA billing experience highly preferred. Full-time benefits include medical, dental, vision, life and AD&D, disability coverage, and voluntary options.

Formación

• Strong hands-on AR and billing experience.
• Experience with project and contract billing.
• Background in construction or project-based environments is preferred.
• AIA G702/G703 billing experience is a strong plus.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.
• Ability to build structured, scalable AR processes.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the full accounts receivable and project billing cycle.
• Prepare customer invoices based on milestones and contractual schedules.
• Manage customer deposits, progress billings, and final billings.
• Prepare and process AIA G702/G703 billing when applicable.
• Track and bill retainage.
• Process billing associated with change orders.
• Monitor AR aging and proactively follow up on receivables.
• Apply and reconcile customer payments and maintain records.
• Resolve invoice discrepancies with customers and internal teams.
• Help develop scalable AR processes and controls.
• Assist with account and bank reconciliations and month-end close.
