Job summary

Insight Global is hiring a Construction Administrator to support construction operations and project teams. You will work closely with Project Engineers, Project Managers, general contractors, subcontractors, and internal staff to manage onboarding, payroll, purchasing, invoicing, vendor setup, and project documentation.

The role involves coordinating safety/compliance, meeting minutes, and project closeout activities including warranties and maintenance agreements.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years experience in construction administration or similar role
• Experience with accounting-related functions (POs, invoices, payroll, expenses)
• Strong document control and organization skills
• Ability to coordinate with PMs, engineers, GC, subcontractors, vendors, employees
• Familiarity with construction safety, labor, and compliance requirements
• Experience supporting onboarding and employee documentation
• Experience with large industrial/commercial construction projects

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and project support for construction operations
• Handle onboarding, payroll and accounting support, purchase orders, invoice processing, employee expenses
• Manage vendor setup and general office administration
• Maintain project documentation and meeting minutes
• Assist with safety and labor compliance
• Coordinate project needs and closeout activities (warranties, maintenance agreements, contractor information)
