Job summary

Aristeo is seeking an Accounts Payable/Billing professional to manage day-to-day billing activities in our Michigan office. You will prepare, code, and submit invoices on time while ensuring accuracy and completeness, and maintain documentation in various portals.

The role requires 3–5 years in accounting with construction experience a plus. Proficiency in Excel and Crystal Reports is essential, and Viewpoint experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Excel and Crystal Report Writing.
• Knowledge of Viewpoint is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Superior attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
• Self-motivated and strong follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day billing process, including preparing invoices for approval and coding, and ensuring invoices are accurate, complete, and submitted on time.
• Upload and maintain invoices and supporting documentation in customer portals and other required systems.
• Process subcontractor payments, including pending payments, waivers, and payment documentation.
• Support accounts receivable collections and respond to supplier payment inquiries.
• Complete project closeout items, including retention releases, waivers, warranties, etc.
