Job summary

Aristeo Construction is seeking an experienced Billing/Accounts Payable professional in the United States. The role focuses on managing day-to-day billing for projects, processing owner and subcontractor invoices, and ensuring timely payments with strong attention to detail.

Ideal candidates will have 3–5 years of accounting experience, an Associate's degree in Accounting (Bachelor's preferred), and proficiency in Excel.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Accounting is required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3-5 years in an accounting or job cost related role.
• Construction experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and detail orientation are essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day billing process for assigned projects, ensuring invoices are accurate and timely.
• Process owner invoices with sworn statements, waivers, and inter-/intra-Company invoicing as needed.
• Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding payments and discrepancies.
• Process subcontractor invoices and requisitions per contract requirements and due dates.
• Coordinate with Project Managers to obtain invoice approvals and resolve billing issues.
• Upload invoices and documentation to customer portals and required systems.
• Assist with project reporting, job cost tracking, and related reporting (Certified Payroll, EEO, OCIP).
