Job summary

Aristeo is seeking an experienced construction accounting professional to oversee contract closeout, support Project Managers, and ensure accurate job costing. You will liaise between Project Management and Accounting, realign the Schedule of Values, and assist with certified payroll, EEO and OCI reporting for subcontractors.

• 3–5 years of construction accounting, job cost, and contract experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee contract close out and liaise between Project Management and Accounting.
• Assist PMs with realignment of the Schedule of Values.
• Assist with payroll, EEO, and OCI reporting for subs and labor rate breakdowns.
• Coordinate monthly projection meetings and assist with WIP reporting.
• Track quoted pending extras and No PO items; review subcontractor invoices.
