Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting is required.
• 3–5 years of construction accounting, job cost, and contract experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; Viewpoint (Vista) ERP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the contract close out process and liaise between Project Management and Accounting to ensure timely completion.
• Assist Project Managers with realignment of the Schedule of Values.
• Assist with certified payroll, EEO, and OCI reporting for subcontractors and labor rate breakdowns.
• Coordinate monthly projection meetings with the Assistant Controller and assist with Over/Under and WIP reporting.
• Track and follow quoted pending extras and No PO's.
• Review and distribute subcontractor invoices for PM approval and support vendor invoice processing and customer billing as needed.
• Update job cost with direct cost entries.
