Job summary

Aristeo is seeking a skilled Construction Accounting professional to oversee contract closeout, support project managers with value realignments, and manage payroll and reporting for subcontractors. This role emphasizes accuracy, attention to detail, and strong communication within cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in construction accounting, proficiency with Excel, and experience or familiarity with Viewpoint Vista ERP.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting is required.
• 3 - 5 years of construction accounting, job cost, and contract experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Superior attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the contract close out process and liaison between Project Management and Accounting.
• Assist Project Managers with realignment of the Schedule of Values.
• Assist with certified payroll, EEO, and OCI reporting for subcontractors and labor rate breakdowns.
• Coordinate monthly projection meetings and assist with WIP reporting.
• Review and distribute subcontractor invoices for PM approval and support vendor invoice processing and customer billing.
