Job summary

MSX International is seeking a Connected Services Field Coach to partner with dealerships, coaching teams and driving activation of connected services. You will deliver hands-on coaching, strategic consulting, and data-driven insights to improve activation rates and customer engagement.

You will travel extensively (approximately 80%), lead monthly performance reviews with client Zone teams, and collaborate with program leaders to align dealership goals with broader business objectives.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in automotive, coaching or consulting, preferably with vehicle or dealer technology.
• Strong understanding of connected services and their value proposition.
• Excellent coaching, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to travel – 80% travel required; local 2–4 days a week with occasional flights.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging coaching sessions focused on connected services sales, activation, and customer support.
• Train dealership personnel on Dealer Rewards Portal and OTP opportunities.
• Lead monthly performance reviews with client Zone Teams and share best practices.
• Analyze dealership performance metrics and recommend actionable strategies to increase activation and OTP sales.
• Collaborate with client field representatives to align coaching with regional objectives.
