Job summary

Hogan Lovells Cadwalader in Louisville, KY is seeking an organized professional to assist the Lateral Intake Conflicts Manager with coordinating the conflicts review process for new business and lateral attorney candidates, including associates, partners, and counsel. You will support pre-arrival and post-arrival onboarding, help with client and matter registrations, and liaise with multiple teams to resolve conflicts of interest efficiently.

Core hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3+ years of conflicts of interest research experience preferred.
• If no conflicts resolution experience, candidates must have at least 5 years of legal background.
• Elite 3E Conflicts Database experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate conflicts review for new business and onboarding candidates.
• Review documentation for completion and accuracy.
• Assign follow-ups to junior intake staff and track progress.
• Engage with Recruitment to obtain needed conflict details.
• Assist with client and matter registrations for transferring clients.
• Collaborate with conflicts clearance teams and Legal Ethics.
• Train Conflicts Intake Specialists.
• Complete tasks and resolve issues with minimal supervision.
• Participate in Responsible Business program.
• Other duties as assigned.
