Ashurst Perkins Coie US LLP seeks a detail-oriented Conflicts Analyst to support new business intake, conflicts reviews, and risk management. You will verify information, perform corporate research, and prepare concise reports for Conflicts Attorneys and management.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and at least three years of corporate experience, preferably in a legal environment.
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Review new business intake requests for accuracy and completeness and conduct corporate research on clients and related parties.
Perform conflicts searches and prepare reports and summaries for Conflicts Attorneys and Department Management.
Assist with researching and resolving conflicts issues, drafting consent letters, and tracking approvals.
Support ethical wall procedures, including drafting and distributing screening memoranda.
Maintain conflicts database integrity and assist with special projects as needed.
