Ashurst Perkins Coie US LLP is seeking a detail-oriented Conflicts Analyst to support new business intake, conflicts review, and risk management. The role ensures accuracy of information, conducts conflicts searches, and prepares reports for review by Conflicts Attorneys and management.

The candidate should have strong research, analytical, and organizational skills and be able to handle competing priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and at least three years of corporate experience, preferably in a legal environment.
• Prior research experience and an understanding of relevant legal topics.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
• Sound judgment, attention to detail, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with attorneys, staff, and administrative teams.

Responsibilities

• Review new business intake requests for accuracy and completeness and conduct corporate research on clients and related parties.
• Perform conflicts searches and prepare reports and summaries for Conflicts Attorneys and Department Management.
• Assist with researching and resolving conflicts issues, drafting consent letters, and tracking approvals.
• Support ethical wall procedures, including drafting and distributing screening memoranda.
• Maintain conflicts database integrity and assist with special projects as needed.
