Qualifications

• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline.
• Typically 2-4 years of work experience, preferably with HP products in customer support or on-site services.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes technical knowledge to operate a designated technology area or customer group with moderate risk and complexity.
• Resolves the majority of technical incidents independently and collaborates on more complex issues.
• Provides proactive solutions to address issues and identify opportunities for service revenue growth.
• Builds and maintains relationships up to senior management in assigned accounts.
• Documents conclusions and recommendations, sharing knowledge to foster a knowledge management culture.
